Hungarian plate I saw on my way home today Quite common here in Germany because of guest workers, but the first one I saw in my village
really rare on cars in poland, more often spotted on semi trucks on the highways. but i saw one van from hungary recently in my town.
It might seem nice on the pictures but is an absolute nightmare in reality. These pictures were taken in the town of Erbach and compared to my little village this snow is nothing. We've had so much snow in my little village that we were even featured on Hessian news as we had three car accidents within two hours (which is not normal for a small German village like mine). Getting in and out my village is also an absolute nightmare, however there are two good things about it: 1. Reason for not going to school 2. I can laugh at delivery trucks trying to get up my hill and just rolling back down onto the main road
Oof, that stinks. It’s kinda funny here when we get our first inch or so of snow and somehow everyone forgets how to drive on snow. It is a little scary though when they accidentally slide a little farther into the intersection than intended
I saw someone T-bone a school bus last year. They locked up their brakes or something, and went right into the rear wheel of the (moving) bus at about 25mph. The car's driver was okay, but the bus was flipped into the ditch. The bus driver had a slight concussion, I think. Not fun.
Oof. Somehow every year our neighbors either: 1. Get their car stuck in their ditch and we have to help them 2. Leave it out until the snow plow comes by and they need to argue over it, or 3. The school bus comes by and has to wait for them to move it (one year the bus didn’t wait and instead got stuck in the ditch) Or a mix of these
i just spotted a semi truck from Azerbaijan in Zgorzelec (very close to German border in Poland), we talked with the driver asking for some Azerbaijani coins but he gave us way more than we thought he gave us coins from Russia, Georgia, Turkiye, Bulgaria, Denmark and Czechia, but he didnt have any from Azerbaijan surprisly
Cool! The only currencies I currently have besides Euro are Hungarian Forint from my trip to Hungary, D-Mark from my Grandmother and some Bosnian Convertible Mark from my Bosnian friend
i also have hungarian forints, also have bosnian fennings and german before euro too. i have from pretty much whole europe
since im back home, i have back my pc (i was in dortmund with my dad and his semi truck) and i can show map of countries where i have coins from if a country that has euro right now is green on the map, it means i have the before euro currencies. green = have atleast one red = dont have any
Also made this little map about all the license plates I have seen so far IRL: I also put where I saw the plate I have only seen once
