Here's how the sticker should look. It repeats the first and last letters in Cyrillic (so for your plate it should be РА/АБ)
Today I saw a Maine agriculture plate (car version), and a North Carolina Friends of the Smokies plate.
I saw a Chevy Savana with a military license plate, the Savana itself is not rare, but I have never seen one with a military license plate.

When I was in Nashville, I saw a Britain-spec Volvo Wagon with Georgia plates. The only thing is, they also had kept the British plates on underneath the Georgia plates.
I think I can stop platespotting now, because I just got the GREATEST spot of my life IN MY OWN VILLAGE (only 1,000 people): TRANSNISTRIA!!!!!! I doubt I will ever get such a good spot, especially in my small and rural village...
i think my greatest spots since 2016+? are these (no fotos of those ones) : Russian truck (overtook it) in PL, 2016 or 2017 2 Kyrgyzstan trucks in PL, DE, 2024, one in february overtaken and second not 100% sure i saw it drive by on the autobahn Belarussian truck in PL, 2024 Russian truck (65% sure i saw it drive by in the last 1/2 second on the autobahn) in DE, 2024 i will edit in some photos of other trucks i have when i log in my phone and edit this post.

While I wasn't able to get photos of it, I saw a New Hampshire House of Representatives license plate yesterday. Something I learned after looking it up is that the number on their plate corresponds to what their House seat is.
