Licenseplatebug

ok so I set myself a custom licenseplate for my default vehicle .. but everytime I load up a map, the licenseplate is either a random one (if enabled) or my acc-name. It only appears if I click the "load default" button.
Here is a video I made for that:

 

Loading a new map basically resets the game to start. So if you would set yourself a custom licenseplate, it would dissapear until you set it again.
Loading your car again, basically puts the car into the same state as you saved it.

This however is probably a bug with the game resetting and not getting the licenseplate-text fast enough.

 

thats true but shouldn't it be on the vehicle i saved as default vehicle ? ... because that is what loads up when i load the map ... i should be saved for that ... if i have a random licenseplate and then load up my default car ... the licenseplate i saved appears .. but if I load up the map and my default vehicle spawns , the licensplate doesnt load ... but i should load it because i set it as my default vehicle

 

I think not fast enought, more like not at all.

 

The game loads the car before the plate text and I'm pretty sure that that's the problem.

How about if you save/load a vehicle config other than the default? My experience is that "licenseName" isn't put into the .pc file at all in that case. It doesn't work if you edit it in there manually and then load the config. So it seems the licenseName field isn't fully implemented yet.

 

the licenseplate name (as shown in the video) is saved to the vehicle but somehow only shows up when you load another vehicle ... idk maybe its not bound to the vehicle itself, rather more to the game as you saw in the vid, the licenseplate also appeared on a different car ... that is a case for the Devs xD idk how the system works
