Lighting and shader overhaul

    I feel like the lighting and shaders are the games biggest weak point in terms of graphics, most of my friends who don't have much exposure to the game point out the odd lighting and I have to agree with them that it's about time these systems get updated.

    Looking forward to the Devs answering your question but i know its in the pipeline. HDR has an underlaying issue (that is way past an easy fix due to resources designed with the issue in mind) since the DX11 implementation and the answer i got some weeks ago was that they are about to look into ways to sort it or work around it.

    I havent updated it to 0.16 yet but Italy is around the corner. Ive made some more changes to the sky dynamics and PostFx since the screenshot in the linked post.
