Lighting on Start Menu Sign

    The lighting on the start menu sign flickers between normal and a bright white when I move my mouse.

    That's normal.

    It lights up when you hover your mouse over it.

    I understand what you mean but it flickers when I move the mouse, even when not hovering over the sign.
