loading up a vehicle opens the ingame Jbeam Editor

    opening the ingame jbeam editor using F9 and shutting it back off and spawning a new car causes it to re-open.
    even shutting the game off and turning it back on yields the same result.
    do i need to clear my cache?
    why is it doing this?

    You probably clicked the 'Save & AutoLoad' button.
    As the name suggests, it will make that debug menu load automatically.
    Click the other button with opposite naming to disable it.
