Low speed cruise control and crash test cart

I want to see a cruise control UI app that is for low speeds (3-15 mph) because that would be useful for bumper tests. I also want to see a mobile barrier for crash tests and bumper tests; similar to the Nardelli crash test cart. I want to see a config with a solid block without bulge, a solid block with bulge, and a deformable block (crumpling like a real car would in a crash). I love doing crash tests and bumper tests in BeamNG.drive.

 

go to customize apps and click plus then scrool down till you see cruise control app

 

I know, but the problem is, the minimum speed is 20 mph.

 

I don't think it will be possible without writing custom code just for that
