It seems like after I updated this mod, it broke the S550 Ford Mustang mod. The S550 was from the official BeamNG Forums, and when this mod is enabled, it makes the car not drivable, like the files were corrupt. When I disable this mod, the S550 works perfectly fine again. I've deep cleaned cache, the S550 mod was updated to its recent version, and nothing seemed to help. I'm not sure why it corrupts the Mustang, but the other mods (like the Gavril Durham, Ford Crown Victoria, etc.) works fine.
lucky4luuk updated Luuks Tyre Thermals and Wear Mod with a new update entry: v1.1: Fixes traffic AI Read the rest of this update entry... --- Post updated --- Is it possible for both of you to test if v1.1 fixes the problem? It seems like I can't just rely on brake thermals to be available
How does this deal with more than 2 axles? I have the Cycjos FR showing "RR2" or "RRR" & Wydra FL showing as brake_L.
The logic should work fine, but the UI app is currently hardcoded to only support 4 wheels. I really gotta fix that at some point but I'm currently spending a lot of time working on my simracing package
could you give an explanation to the Tyre info App? I don't understand it. Could you describe 1 to 6? What's the orientation of the tire in the diagram?
1: Max temperature ring (the region where the tire is the hottest); 2: Tire tread inner section; 3: Brake disc representation; 4: Tire tread middle section; 5: Tire tread outer section; 6: Same as 1.
I don't really understand that, since 1 and 6 were sometimes opposite to one-another And 6? Sometimes it's not the same as 1, so I'm really unsure.
Turbo is right, it shows the contact patch and the 2 arrows are always the same They are driven by the exact same value so they cannot possibly be mismatched
I am, I'm just also a bit of a busy guy sometimes I'll get some sort of update out soon, seems like there's a fair few people excited to see more features and see this become a more complete mod
