I doubt that alone will get to 20 000MPH, while in reality heat would become major problem after 3000MPH or so, I'm not sure that is case with BeamNG, however air resistance would probably rip everything off from the frame.

Even fastest planes ever built can't get to 3000MPH at sea level because air density is too high, you would need to make a map that is very high and use thrusters, so Ghot's space is perhaps best place to try and you don't need wheels there at all.

Does wind app go to 20 000mph? One could do some testing with that if it goes or mod it to go that far?

It only gets to 300-400 I think.

If you are doing what I think you are and actually changing the strength of the jbeam and modifying the engines power/adding thrusters to get up to speed, I think that you should be capable of making theses solid disk wheels.
