I found this old Audi A4 mod on modsgaming and it was heavily based off of the grand marshal. most of the improvements it needs are facing towards the jbeam, engine sound and interior model quality.
This isn't really the right forum for this sort of thing. Also, "russian mods" are frequently based on stolen material, so most of the time it's not worth reworking them. In addition, they have so many quality problems that in most cases you'd have to rework the entire mod.
