Yes, even shells lag people out. And how can you get rid of cars if a map doesn't spawn because of cars
Open up the main folder and go to the main.level.json. Find where the cars start and delete them. Pretty simple. Ive done it before.

I feel like if 10 cars doesnt let you load the map. Turn simple physics on. Try again, if it works, delete the cars, save it, then turn it off.
