materials.cs keeps freaking out and corrupting on save

    Almost every time I load now there are missing textures as a result of a corrupted materials.cs file. Is it possible that there is a limit that I'm reaching somewhere? "No more than 64 materials.cs can be loaded at once" or something?

    Have you used materials editor or shape editor features in World editor? Those are known to break materials.cs, I have seen many cases of such. I guess some invisible character gets placed at some point and nothing loads after that specific spot in file.

    Yeah I've always used both methods and the only issues are usually only from an accidental key press, but the past three days they have been corrupting every single time! That's why I'm wondering if there's some sort of limit that may have been hit somewhere. I very much doubt it, but I'm pulling at straws here trying to figure out why it's started happening suddenly.
