I thought it meant as high quality as possible without editing the JBEAM (which is still low quality).
They literally managed to make a monster truck mod with the h-series without changing the body jbeam.
that doesn't mean they "didn't change the jbeam" that just means they added "gavril H-series" to the frontend name of every part, while also making the (bare minimum) necessary changes to make a "monster truck" work (which probably just consisted of moving the axles down, spreading the hubs further apart, and changing the wheel width/diameter).
