Mesh Editor Problems?

    When I use the map editor I like to make ramps using dirt. I can make perfect ramps using a ramp mesh and then using the align with mesh tool. Though on some maps it won't fully align with the mesh and does weird things. I have pictures to better help understand. If y'all could help me I would appreciate it.
