This maybe one of the only decent early stock Sierra models available online.
This is looking great. You are getting these models pumped out fairly quick! I'm struggling just to get one going haha. Keep it up!
i was more referring to America, im not even sure if we got the Sierra.
not really well versed in old 80's/90's Ford
We technically got it, just under a different name.
In North America, the Ford Sierra and the Ford Scorpio were offered under the now defunct Merkur brand. The Sierra was imported as a three-door only, and called the XR4Ti (similar to sub-model designations in other markets). The Sierra name was not used by Ford in North America.
You lot got them as Merkurs, but I dont know how many.
oh thats good to know
i was always really confused the origins of Merkur.
I have seen a couple of them around, the're pretty neat.
It's tricky to get right, but atleast it's a simple design
wow this car seems hard to model
what makes it so difficult?
Lack of precise blueprints and even regular reference images.
A lot of cars people want to make have no blueprints, no one likes making blue prints either.
oh that makes sense lol
sorry if that was discussed earlier and i didnt catch it.
Merkur sold like shit lol.
I wish they didn't, they were great cars. lmao
America just has a different taste than Europe
EU: Nice cars.
USA: f r o n t w h e e l d r i v e e v e r y t h i n g
