Microphone echoing(I hope this is in the right section)

I make YouTube videos, and I just upgraded from a broken headset microphone to the built-in microphone in my facecam(Logitech c920), but the echo is bad, sometimes making it hard to hear what I am saying. Why is it echoing? I've eliminated feedback from speakers as a possibility because I use headphones.
Example:

 

Do you have things top absorb sound? e.g. sofa's, sound pads, etc.

 

How far are you from the mic?

 

I am about 2 feet away from the mic

No, I do not.

 

Too close, supposed to be about 3-5 away

 

The problem is it has to be attached to my monitor, and I have limited desk space, so I can't move it too much further away.

 

Move away from the desk then? Honestly to me it sounds like you have the gain turned way up and are situated too closely, turn down the gain in control panel, turn it up in your streaming tool instead
