Would love to see the pickup version as a wheelie monster. Some big tires in the back with a big blown motor sitting back there in front of them. :D

your wheels are nicelly made, they're just scaled down in comparrisson to the van's model, here's a picture:

Look at how big the wheels are comparred to the body and look at how the tires flow with the fenders, that should help you :)

Best bet might be to look at the file in a program like notepad++ and try and see what takes up the most space. If you end up seeing a wall of fairly similar data then it is obvious that the exporter went rogue. What is polygon count?

Ok, i found the issue, turbo-smooth had bugged somehow and i had over 4 million polys in a tiny little wheel nut XD have worked the model down to just over 60000 polies now which is still a little on the high side but im hoping will be ok, don't want to sacrifice the shape to much.

I remember when someone I know owned one.
It was absolutly terrible and probably very unsafe, since the only crumblezone is the bumper.
    Aweful, aweful van.

But your modelling work looks absolutly great, can't wait to smash it into a wall, haha!
But I think you do need to take a long good look at the suspension, because I think that this is the sort of car -that just as in real life- flips if it even sees a corner.
If it'd flip very easily it would probably take the fun of driving away (to a point where it's frustrating).

Wow, I love it so far. I would just love to crash it multiple times into a wall.

When my dad got his first job here in Australia when we emigrated from England, this was his first work van. It was terrible!

Great work, I look forward to trying it out. Hopefully it'll be a lot less rigid than the Gavril van :) I believe it's a monocoque body?
Will you be working on a variety of drivetrains? There seemed to be RWD and 4WD versions, and many engines over the years. Will we be seeing our first diesel motor in BeamNG?

Right now I'm working on a rwd 1.8 litre engine for it. Making the nb is a lengthy procces however so It will take some time to finish. I am making a terrain also wich I release tomorow :)

You're wrong. The only crumblezone was your knees ;)

Anyway, how many polys does one wheel have? Do those 60k include wheels? :)

in first post! I got it in-game but only as a mesh, the J-beam is still non-existent as i am learning how to make them atm. The car now has a third as many poly's and about a 10th as many parts as originally so i can finally start on the Node/Beam :)
I also managed to remove a pesky wheel-nut that had somehow got around 2 million poly's due to having about 30 iterations of turbo-smooth XD
