    Maybe those are just disabled? (Go in the in-game mod-manager and activate them if so)

    You need to be a bit more descriptive.
    What happens there?
    Do the mod appear at all in the mod-manager?

    Describe how you are installing your mods and what was the last thing you did before they disappered.
    In which folder were you placing your mods? Did you check if the files are still in that folder?
