Mods Not Showing Up

    I've been trying to fix this issue for a while now, but for some reason my downloaded zip files and "subscribe in game" mods aren't working. All are downloaded, but only some will show up. And when I try to subscribe to a mod it wont ever actually download. Not sure the problem here. When I load up the game it says 45 out of 45 active, but most aren't.
