More Engine Details?

Is there a way to get more data about the engine? The Eng. Temp Diag is quite good, but i'm missing things like the valve train damage that has been introduced. I've been overreving the Hopper quite often while off-roading (most of the time on purpose) and i'd like to "see" some Data about that (spring float or something like that)

Is there also a way to "cause" some Damage to the engine with console commands? Like having cracked piston rings (somehow it has to be possible, because the Ibushi Covet comes as a "beater" with a broken headgasket) or something the likes?
