I think it is not, I know of veggie oil + diesel or Ethanol + gasoline, those usually just swap fuel type after warmed up, but gasoline and diesel in same engine is not possible, required compression ratio differs too much.

but i think they run only on one type at a time, would be weird tuning the engine to lots of different fuels in the combustion chamber at the same time
More isn't better. I don't think that multifuel engines would add any significant new gameplay. What's the point of just having a longer list of engines?
