Multiple monitors?

Does anyone use multiple monitors? What kind of FPS do you get? I have three 24" lg monitors, I get about 35 FPS on high settings usually!

 

What hardware do you have?

 

running on all three of them? I didn't know that was possible in this game.

 

CPU- AMD FX 8350
GPU- Sapphire HD Radeon 7950 Vapor-x
1000W Rosewill PSU
1TB and 250GB HDD
8 gigs of ram.

 

Hmm. I believe your CPU is the bottleneck. But then again, running the game at that resolution will demand a lot from the GPU too. How is the FPS compared to 1080p?

 

Run in windowed and make the window span across all three monitors.

 

I get 60 at 1080p. My CPU has 8 cores and is running at 4.0ghz. My gpu is the 3GB version.

 

The number of cores isn't as important as how efficient they are; the 8-core AMDs are generally out-performed by the 4-core Intels.

That said, your CPU is only slightly weaker than mine, and I always play with 3 AI drivers and have never experienced a drop in performance. However you've got a good graphics card, so it shouldn't struggle much either.

The frame rate issue may lie somewhere in the engine, rather than in your hardware alone.

 

Im pretty sure the only reason i have a low framrate is because im using three monitors. when using only one i get 60.

 

But then you would just scale it. That's not 5760x1080.

Are you scaling, or is the game actually letting you set the resolution to 5760x1080p?

 

It doesn't scale it. It runs in the resolution of the window.

I don't have triple monitors but...
