My game keeps flashing white

So when im im the Game the Game suddenly sometimes flashes white and it doesn't go away I reinstalled the game cleared cache its still there help

 

Are you using Vulkan?
If you do, try with DirectX, Vulkan has many graphical issues such as screen flickering, lags, video-card glitches, invisible textures, crashes...
