WIP NASCAR Gen 4 Stock Car

Yeah, sounds good, I will make this mod as good as possible and at the moment I am quite happy with it, I just need to finish som stuff like a bit of jBeam editing, texture editing and fixing a couple of paint schemes for it.

Btw I am going to finish this mod before starting anything else but I do have plans for another mod later on that I am sure a lot of you will like

That's a really shitty thing to do, especially since the guy who released it didn't give any credit to Pawshore for making it

Btw, current progress on my mod, paint scheme support is basically done

(Note that the decals in this picture like the stickers and grills are from the nr2003 SNG cup 03 mod but I will most definetally change those at a later point)

 

I'm really glad that it's a monte carlo because thats my favorite brand of chevrolet cars and nascars to, looking forward to it!

 

While the body is made to look like the monte carlo, I will probably fix skins for every car brand that was in Nascar during the gen 4 era later on

 

i got a hint for the templates, just use the nr2003 ss.net 2007 gen 4 mod's templates, its as shrimple as that

 

Thanks for the suggestion, I may use some assets from them but not the entire template, the thing is I am not sure if they would be okay with me using assets from their templates, if I do use some assets, I will obviously credit them

I agree, I am liking the look of it more and more.

Damn, how did you know, I won't start it until this is released but that was actually my plan

 

but remember of what happend to paw's cot, dont make coments that say if its already done ruin your motivation, because thats what made paw's cot to get cancelled

 

I think I get what you mean but I work on my mods differently than Paw, he likes to work on multiple projects and take his time which I understand but I like to work on one until it's finnished

Since the last progress update there hasn't happened much, but that's only because I have been away for the last few days and since I will get home today you can probably expect another update in the next week or so, however while I was away I may have found someone to make paint schemes for this mod.
