Oh, great, an even worse takedown camera. Also, that entire sequence appeared pretty scripted and there are WAY too many cutscenes. Also, in-mission character switching has been ripped from GTAV too.
Nonono, what?? This is just call of duty with cars! Way too many scripts, a terrible takedown camera, and awful handling... This had potential at first, but now, I think Ill spend my money elsewhere. This is horrible... Also, a truck going 120 mph??
Rivals was much better. Even though a lot of people hate it, it's better than the new stuff. --- Post updated --- AND: THERE ARE CITY UNITS IN THE DESERT!!! EA, WHERE'S THE COUNTY POLICE OR SOMETHING!!! I thought the takedown camera was a thing of the past. (Last game to have it was the run)
Yep. Even though Rivals was terrible, it looks awesome in comparison to Payback and even 2015. The only good thing about 2015 was the livery editor, I spend hours perfecting paintjobs. Too bad you couldnt even see them cause it was night only...
Seriously, with the cop cars: Which is better? This: Or this: Rivals model is better by far. Original livery, ELS, ANPR cameras, spotlights, radar domes. --- Post updated --- Rivals is great for the ambience, but the main gameplay is flawed. Go to cop mode and just cruise, no chases, nothing. Trust me, you won't regret it.
If they're not made well, they disrupt the flow of the game. NFS HP and Burnout 3 are good takedown cameras NFS TR and NFS PB are not good ones.
Yeah, I know. But at least the handling was fun and you could actually control where the car went, instead of it just drifing all over the place like in 2015. That was actually my favorite thing to do back when it came out. And Id really like to go back and maybe even finish the (incedibly boring) story, but sadly the 30fps lock is giving me a headache
But, it's still a better game than 2015, No Limits, and Payback. I really like the towns and the main city area of rivals for some reason.
AR12 played it a bit (if only he could drive too...), drift version of the Beetle was horrible, I would only use off-road spec. Also it looks like there aren't too much cutscenes actually.
