Need Help picking out a decent Video card and have few questions

    Truth be told I have mine underclocked. even at full factory over clock I've never seen it pull more than 115 watts. my 290x would easily consume 250 watts under load.

    Lol mine is slightly overclocked, so I can only imagine what I'm using, luckily my PSU is hefty enough to handle it haha.
