As the title says, I am currently starting a build for a gaming tower. This is the first build I have here done for a computer and I was wondering what a good budget is and what parts I should start with/buy. If you have any suggestions let me know!
EDIT: The tower I own is a Cooler Master Storm Stryker white in color

What games do you play? Are you going to stream? What quality settings? Lots of needed info...

I do plan on streaming, games might be Rust, PUBG, Beam (Obviously), My Summer Car (If I plan on getting it again), a few other games I cant think of rn. I want decent settings so I can at least run any game with good graphics and maintain 80 FPS. I don't know if I should get a monitor, as I have a TCL Roku TV and I've had it for at least three years now, but it's the best TV I've had ever. (Sorry for the lack of info, guess it proves how new to building I am)

No problem at all, I just needed clarification. Sounds like, if "good graphics" means 1080p and at least Medium-highish settings that you'll need an appx. 750 dollar budget.
PCpartpicker.com is a great site for this stuff, but here's my personal recommendation:
1: Get a LGA i5 (7th gen or newer). They destroy the Ryzens in single-core computing and the 6 cores are more than enough today. (Get a good cooler for it as well)
2: Get a GTX 1070/1660ti/2060. They're quite good modern GPUs and will hold their own with the i5.
3: Get a higher end motherboard from Asus, Asrock or Gigabyte. This is really important if you want to overclock and it will increase the durability of your system. Avoid MSI.
4: Get 16GB of 3000MHZ+ DDR4. There's really no reason to go with less than 12 GB nowadays because RAM is so cheap. Make sure your motherboard supports 3000+ MHZ.
5: Get a 500GB or greater SSD or M.2. SSD.
6: Get a 2TB or larger 7.2K RPM hard drive. I prefer Seagate Barracudas or WD Greens.
7: Top it all off with a 650W name brand PSU.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
You can, of course, go cheaper. My computer is 600 dollars and handles most games at 1050p (not 1080p) and medium-high settings at 50-60 FPS.
Make sure to research compatibility before buying your parts!
    Good luck :)

Tip 1: Ditch the 1070ti and get a 1660ti, almost the same performance and half the price.
Tip 2: Get a Windows key for 20 bucks off a different site. I've done it, it's legit, and it will save you 120 dollars.
Tip 3: Where's the storage? Lol. You should get rid of the external HDD and put a 2TB internal HDD in it, along with a small SSD for the boot.
Everything else looks great. You may want to get a better motherboard, but that one will work just fine.

Revised list: less money. Minus your case, it's 900 bucks.

If it's an 320 GB SSD you should be fine with that, if it's a HDD it's likely very old and shouldn't be trusted.
    No problem, have fun :)

Yeah ditch that shitty h310 board. If you're going to buy a K sku processor, then at least get a z370, it will support overclocking, b360 and h310 won't. I would advise getting an rtx 2070 for that price, it will perform much better, it's built on turing (much faster) and has ray tracing hardware.

What jetpackturtle said about avoiding msi is bs. The tomahawk boards are legendary. If you were to avoid anyone, make it gigabyte

Alright, so I'm confused now. Should I get an MSI or no? Because I'm gonna try to order the parts soon and need a clear vision as to what I need to get

Up to you. If you are concerned, just get an Asrock or Asus board, just make it a z370 or z390. Here:

If you want rgb and have some cash to spend, do this:

before you order, do a little deal hunting. Pcpartpicker doesn’t catch places like micro center. If you have one near you, get an Asrock z390 taichi with a 9600k. 9600k is newer by the way. Same price
