Re: Civetta FT40 GTS Black Skin Edition V.2.1 (Fixed Gauge) + Texture for wing (Zappymouse mod)

For a second I was confused why my FT40 actually still had a texture when I messed around with the normal Bolide Tron settings. Then I noticed the interior and the carbon fiber.

Also, am I the only one that has one specific part of a vehicle that, no matter how hard you try, will NEVER keep its texture? My FT40 gauges (off) will not keep their texture, and the interior of the normal Bolide will not stay orange, instead of blue.

I think he means its his work and you converted it to the TRON Civetta.
So he was telling you in 3rd person.

Don´t understand me wrong, it wasnt a suggestion for doing a skin ;)
Just that i will going to change the colour, or even not if i cant figure it out, how to.

So I managed to modify the materials file and a couple other things and get the wing mod working on my FT40. (Since the mod was built for the default Civetta)
And I also downloaded the white version of the skin and installed it onto the FT40. After messing with some materials of course, since for me at least, this mod only works on the default Civetta.
But after all that, and probably some more engine modifications in the near future, I think I've successfully gotten myself the most bada$$ car in all of BeamNG. In other words, an amazing skin, an awesome wing, and a performance mod (The FT40) combine to make a true beast.

Here's a picture of me doing some 4WD drifting with my precious:

Hey Guys, I really like the texture but I cant get the Wing to appear on my Bolide.
The wing is there (along with the lawn chair :p) But they're both invisible. Any ideas?

Any chance that you can change the color of the hood from black to white on the White Edition? To me it just seems kinda out of place.
Also, what program do you have to use to edit the .dds files? I'd like to try making a skin but no photo-editing programs support it.
