    You break your lower back and are in horrible pain for 2 days before dying of dehydration since you cannot get help.

    SUV...that looks a survivable impact...maybe a few broken bones...

    Cop car...

    Driver: possibly dead due to the side impact...busted ribs, shattered leg and spine
    Passenger: Survived but my not work for 6 months in rehab and possible have to learn to walk again
    Criminal: broken legs and a major concussion and possible swelling on the brain...

    First off yes your dead..

    second off...what the hell did you do to cause that level of destruction I suspect an impact well over 140mph at least to cause that amount of damage...

    The D-15 t-boned the H45, and after some evasive maneuvers, it was about a 75 degree impact, with the truck hitting the box of the h45. Both vehicles were going around 50-60. After the impact, the H45 flopped over onto it's side and slid to a stop, and the D15 just kinda bounced around then came to a stop after I put the parking brake on.
    Was it fatal, if not what were the injuries.

    Both drivers had broken ribs, bruises and a concussion. Other than that, no injuries.

    I would say that looks survivable although might have severe bruising with a few busted bones..
