What is the make and model? Laptops, especially business ones, aren't usually the best way to go with BeamNG.

One, I wouldn't recommend gaming on intel intergrated graphics, please use something more powerful,
two, intel intergrated graphics are having some problems with BNG rn(not your specified series, but still)

Yeah you are going to need at least a GTX 1050 to play beamng at any suitable level.

Not really, maybe you won't have all your graphics all maxed out, but you don't require a GTX 1050.

Integrated graphics aren't awesome for BeamNG, though, that's for sure.

You actually need a 970 for the bare minimum

I played beam for 4 years on an 860M, which was close to a desktop 750TI in performance. I wasn't even running the lowest settings, so a 970 is definitely overkill "for the bare minimum".

Well, for the game to run "smoothly" I guess then.

I've even ran BeamNG on an old Compaq from 2009 with a Celeron processor and integrated graphics. I only got two frames per second, but if I could run it on that piece of crap, it seems like the game would be playable on something a lot less than a 970. I guess one would have a different definition of playable depending on what you're used to, though. I used to be thrilled to get 20 FPS in a game, and now I can barely do anything under 55.

A 970 is the recommended GPU, but I was able to boot the game up on a 10 year old Core i7 with integrated graphics so...

    • 32gb ram
    • 512gb ssd + 2tb 7200rpm hard disk
    • RTX 2080

Yeah, you can? I use a different computer now, if that's why you posted that.

Why stop at a 2080 you peasant? You could just go for dual RTX 8000...

My point is why would you tell anyone to get a computer that costs more than my car and my speed boat combined?.. My 2700X/1660ti runs anything I want at max graphics, I really don't see the point in more unless you want VR
