No License Plate

    Hello, I have noticed that the Moonhawk has no license plates on the Special. I think might be a bug or a dev oversight, but put this thread in questions and support because I was wondering if there is a legitamate reason for the lack of plates. Is it supposed to be a track only car? Or is it a concept car that is only used at car shows? I'm just confused by why the Moonhawk is like this.
