Not gonna lie, I looked up how to take screenshots on Windows JUST so I could point this issue out! Glad I'm not the only one seeing this issue. Hopefully the author will see this and add it to the list of reworks. Edit: Also, I noticed the mirrors are kinda messed up. The side view mirrors show what appears to be the ground directly below them, and the central mirror shows way above the rear, rather than what's right behind the car.
the mod is not broken the only problem is the gauges but i found a very easy fix for the gauges first turn on the headlights and the gauges fix itself
That reminds me of my former VW Beetle. When I used the Break the headlight turned on. People always took their right of way thinking I’m a friendly driver.
I had actually planned to clean up this mod a bit for myself/us today and update the displays and lighting elements because I love this car. But unfortunately, I stumbled into a mess, a mix of Barstow, Modland, mythakreep and mixed json/cs materials, so that as a vehicle mod novice, I completely lost track . But what I was able to do is make the dashboard displays always visible, even without lights - lol. I found that most important. I also tried to create a config that closely resembles the legendary "Rote Sau" (300 SEL Red Race Pig) (without livery). It actually turned out to be a usable race car, imo. This zip contains only the files I've improved or added because I didn't wanted to alter the original zip. I hope the author agrees with my small attempt to keep this mod alive . BTW: Bumping sometimes makes sense and we all can read: I feel it is very necessary
As I wrote: This zip contains only the files I've improved or added because I didn't wanted to alter the original zip. This means: Open BSGT_300SEL_smallfix.zip and place the three files from it into the vehicles folder of the original zip file. Don't use my zip file as a mod, as it isn't a mod. Use the original zip file with my new files in it as the mod then. That's how it works.
