No permission to download a mod? What?

So I went to the mods page (and I was signed in when I did so) and I tried to download the covet wheel pack and it said "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action."
Does anybody know why its doing this?
It shouldn't be doing it however...

 

And it seems to be doing it on just D-Troxx's covet wheel pack

As a workaround, I went to the "version history" part of the mod's page, then clicked 'download' to the right of the latest version. It works with no permission error there.

It appears as if the entire Mod server has decided to go on holiday and we have got the "Error" server online....

I would guess that he's talking about this mod: http://www.beamng.com/threads/ibishu-pigeon-facelift.25416/
That mod is in an group. You have to be an member of an group to be able to download any files from the group.

i tried to download the blue bird school bus but it says i dont have permision to be on the page how do i fix

 

It was removed due to copyright. You can still get the same bus, just search for the Dansworth bus.
