When repairing your vehicle in career mode, any new parts installed are unpainted. That's fine, but it would be helpful if there was a checkbox in the repair dialog that allowed you to quickly repaint the car at the same time. (at the usual price, of course)
If you look at your insurance premiums, there is an option to repaint your parts when you repair them, with a slightly higher premium.
