Old mod came back?

    I had a mod that I deactivated a few days ago. When I started the game, the mod was back all of a sudden and it wasn't in the mods list to delete. All I can think of doing to cause it was when I left or right clicked Configurations when the map and car were still loading. (it was a configurations mod.) Ever happened to you before?

    Oh yeah, and it happened every time I've played the game since it crashed while making a replay.
