Technically it's not malaise era since it was designed and came out the year before the oil crisis.

Malaise era started before the oil crisis. 5mph bumpers insurance premiums on fast cars and tighter regulations all came before the oil crisis so cars were already slow and smogged out

Hey, everyone was really unexpected to see all the intense conversation above and would like to state from my point of view that we should all focus on our things more rather then criticise each other, since Beam community is considerably small and lacks high qual mods compared to corsa and other games. Remember the author have created the mod and decided to share it with everyone on free basis and people that are heavy on critics and problems they find don't give any useful feedback at all when they keep mentioning same stuff for 5 times in a row or focusing just on fixing/adding their preferences. If you wnat something does not mean one owes you it and what one find important does not mean it is important for all. It’s not that Op is selfish and egocentric it’s that your fragile egos can’t handle anyone who doesn’t orbit around your unmet expectations and "suggestions". That’s not insights and reports that’s textbook narcissistic defense, poorly disguised as moral judgment. Next time you throw a label, make sure it does not apply for y'all. Without guys who act like you this community would be such a better place and most of the modding community would not decided to move their creations to discord/telegram/gumroad etc. So whenever I hear that beam modding overall sucks first things that come to my mind is how little content there are on an official forum and what is the reason behind it.
