Onboard speedometter lagging

Hello,
Sometimes I use the onboard view and the speedometter is doing like 10-15 fps for no reason.

I have a RTX 2070 SUPER and Ryzen 7 3800x.

And i have something like +100fps every time I play.

 

Have you noticed this issue in safe mode too? If not, i recommend clearing the game cache.

 

This is a problem with how BeamNG's UI is executed, yes it's very customizable and easy to use, but it's ran in an entirely separate process than the actual game engine, so it doesn't get the same priority as the game. This is usually only a problem on lower end CPUs, but it occasionally causes problems on higher end ones too, try reducing cpu usage, or you can try this work around.

A around for this is to open to open task manager > more details > details > BeamNG.drive.x64.ui.exe > right click > set priority > [something above normal]
realtime will give you the best result but may result in lag elsewhere, so find a setting that balances the two. You may have to redo this every time you start the game.

 

I changed priorities for all beamNG UI to Real time but nothing changed. I will try to clear cache
