I am not sure the OP is active, and as I said in my previous post, if he liked Bucharest enough to justify putting it into a map mod, he would have done so already - modders don't take requests, at least not for free. There is an Assetto Corsa mod which you can ask the creator nicely if you can have permission to port into BeamNG, and then do it yourself.
