Parts go missing.

    If you modify a vehicle and hit ctrl+r it for some reason removes all added parts that weren't on when you spawned that vehicle

    This has been a known bug. It's made aware of and in the works of being fixed.

    The best and simplest way to deal with this is go through it once, make all the changes you wanted, when you finally have it all set, save it as a configuration, hit ctrl r and reload the config
