If you're talking about the driver: It's either going to be there by default, or made on the first day. If you're talking about ragdoll drivers: It will be a mod, to use it as a crash test dummy or something (hopefully) If you're talking about pedestrians: I'd rather have traffic, though peds add realism, BUT I have no idea how far we can push the game, with these epic physics there is.
