Man I lost track of this so bumpity bump. Super nice clean and tight textures you got here! I have no issues on stable except for a misaligned collision on a building. I've got an idea for this map. Nice work Occam! The asphalt texture looks like fucking butter cream.
This makes my BeamNG crash. Is it not working on the experimental version? Looks very good in the photos by the way!
Options: Delete cache in experimental (taken me 6 fucking months to figure that out..derp), Switch to stable, delete map re-download and run in both versions. Something's got to give.
This map brings good memories back.. Sadly RoR dont work on my machine anymore :c (Not so sad since that game was a constant pain of bugs.)
Just put the downloaded file into your C:/users/your computer username/My Documents/beamng.drive/mods. Don't extract the file, just place it in that folder I listed and it should work if the map is compatible with the newest version of BeamNG Drive.
Sorry for the delayed reply. What he said, it's just that this mod hasn't been updated to meet the new BeamNG standards. You will extract the .zip file and put the 'Perryville' folder under Documents>BeamNG.drive>mods>levels. If it's not present, you will need to create said 'levels' folder. Let me know if you have any further problems.
Most likely, no. It was my first proper map, and I bit off far more than I could chew. Combine that with blocks that are all far too small for a real city, and too much land area to cover up with content that takes time to make, and I'd be better off putting what I learned into other maps. Even if I was planning to return to it at some point, it'd be buried deep in a pile of other to-do's. If it's any consolation, this won't be the last city map I'll ever make. But, as 'ol Perryville is concerned, I don't even have it installed anymore.
