People who overtake then slow down infront of you audi drivers who are in a rush everywhere and just overtake everyone
I saw that happen a few days ago. Everyone moves out of the way except for this old guy in a Focus (which is ironic, because he seemed to be doing anything but). He doesn't go because there's a red light. Even though he'd only need to move a couple of feet. The crowd of people around me seemed less than pleased, based on the sudden spike in loud speaking...
