(Sorry for Caps-lock title, but the games actual name is in caps-lock) This game is #1 Top Seller on Steam and it looks quite interesting, so I'm thinking about getting it. Edit: I went ahead and bought the game. Seems like most things from Steam reviews were true, but the game works decently enough for me. There is some stuttering when there are more players alive, but nothing too extreme. All the issues with this game don't bother me that much, because I usually die thanks to the fact that this is one of my first times playing with kb+mouse. When I figure out what is going on, I am usually dead already. In direct firefights I always lose. But meh, I'll probably get more comfortable with keyboard+mouse soon, although I should have done that earlier.
