It is, you can find it on gtaall.com (I used that mod) The GTA SA convert is 100% the base of the original mod as it has the black interior which is only found on that version, just check it out and you'll get it

If I may ask, which browser and what is the problem? Edge freezes sometimes when I upload something here or to youtube, so I said byebye and downloaded chrome

You shouldn't change the zip name too often, and you shouldn't have the old files still up on the main post. It will cause an influx of confused users.
I did tried to contact him but he's pretty much a ghost. Can't even find an email adress. Beside, all working things that he put in this mod went to the bin. The model is heavily edited About the rim, i just forgot it, thanks for reminding me
well, he stole the mod from Driver: sf anyways, so contacting ubisoft would be more trouble than its worth.
