Anyone here have a strong preference for the size of car you drive? I prefer compacts due to their cornering and braking characteristics, and they are not so small that I can't fit anything in it like a subcompact. I had a mid-size as my first car and it felt like a boat in comparison.

I like mid-sized vehicles like the Toyota Rav-4, for example.

If Jeremy Clarkson complains about headroom, knees hitting dashboard or something such nature, it is not size of car I like.

Car size itself does not matter to me, more of space available indoors, leaning your shoulder against cold window for hours is not nice.

Searching for a first car now, concentrating on D-segment (Honda Accord, Lexus IS, Audi A4, Alfa Romeo 156/9, etc.) models.

My current car is a compact, but I want my next daily driver to be D (Passat, Legacy, Land Cruiser) or E segment (850, V70, E-class). I prefer older cars, and smaller old cars are unsafe.

I prefer mostly larger E-segment or F-segment cars. Bigger is (mostly) better.

Sedan / coupe size, so like the fusion and mustang, and absolutely huge, like the 6 door f650
