Triumph Stag I'm legitimately surprised that I personally haven't seen this posted here yet. British, V8, and absolutely sexy.
Always loved those things but the engine was supposedly a nightmare. At least you can say i drive a staaaaaaag
Yeah, two Dolomite Slant 4 engines "welded" together and nothing worked right on it, basically an engineering failure. OT:
'59 Chevy Impala. Even a Ford guy like myself can't resist those stunning bodylines and, oh the fins! And the back end because it's necessary that you see the fins and taillights.
If they did make this happen, it would be on-par with the original. It does look nice in an futuristic way.
It's the rims I hate, way too big. OT: Giulia Super... it is definitely super alright, so super that they have an modern version of it as well:
The Arna wasn't ugly. It was... nondescript, like most japanese econoboxes. Whoever thought keeping the styling of the Nissan Cherry mated to troubled italian mechanics was a good idea?
Imagine what would have happend when alfa would have done the styling and nissan the electrics and so on it would probably have steam rolled cars like the golf at the time
Probably not. At the time, Alfa was about to launch the 33. A reskinned Alfasud. Great drive, but pretty it wasn't.
