Problem (crash + bug)

Good evening,

For a little while I have two big problems in my game:

3/4 of the time when I launch a map my game remains blocked on: Apparition of the player (so I am obliged to restart the game)

And my second problem is that on the new map, my game is just planting! it became unbearable

PS: I have already reinitialized the game and I uninstall and reinstall. (I bought it via steam)

I'm a big fan of the game, I play pretty often, so it becomes disabling.
