Procyon Centauri bug reporting 1.0.8

I don't know if this is a real bug, but the Centauri has incredibly easy-to-open doors, if the car tips or impacts the doors, they open immediately. Could there be something on my end that I could do to fix this?

The Centauri is developed from the basis of the construction and functionality of Toyota's sibling vehicles, the Land Cruiser 300 and Lexus LX. Some elements, particularly the interior, are modelled after Land Rover's interior set up. The Centauri's rugged versatility, three row seating and high class features places it between the off road oriented SUV class (Defender, Land Cruiser 250/300, G-Wagen) and full size luxury SUV class (Discovery, LX, GLS).

 

Kind of unrelated to the BeamNG addon, but it would be really sweet if one could, if possible, convert this 3D model to Truck Simulator (ETS2/ATS).

Would converting this model to another game even work? Does it have specific attributes made specifically for BeamNG?

 

So I realised a mistake on the interior while I was having fun customising the Centauri. The Window switches are not how they're supposed to be. The master switch is on the left side, and the passenger switch is on the right side. (For the case of the RHD variants) Thought I'd point that out.

 

Funny thing just happened:

 

Does this car apply more power to the front wheels than the rear ones or is it FWD on the high range? On high range with the brakes fully engaged only front wheels turn/spin, in low range the 4 tires turn even with only the handbrake engaged.

 

Awesome mod i love it but needs rearview mirror reflection update to that of now vanilla cars

 

use it with tuning mods and you're able to do things like this

 

Small issue: polizia config has wrong dashboard rev counter

 

I don't know if someone already reported it, but the base version acts as a police config and starts chasing me when spawns in traffic.

 

I’m not currently working on the Centauri, sorry guys. I’ll come back to these reports if i start working on this again but that won’t be soon due to the Avior.

 

Before you go, would it be possible to change the mirrors to dynamic mirrors? From what I understand (and I could be wrong) the change is relatively simple.

The normal configurations work like cops, has anyone been able to fix this?

 

I know this isn't being actively being worked on at this time, but...

Has anyone else noticed that a US numberplate equipped on the lower boot on the back now appears flipped backwards?

 

Hotfix for the flipped rear US license plates on the Centauri. Instructions are included in the zip file.

 

I used this and my plates are still backwards

 

just change z axle rotation from 0 to 180 in "fullsuv_numberplates_US.jbeam" (line 68)
