PS5 Navigating

First post on here so I hope this makes sense but i bought Beam as soon as it allowed me on PS5 and I have been loving it so far, yeah the controls like hold r1 and triangle can occasionally be confusing but thats fine, however when i was playing one of the evade missions ( your a SUV in italy evading little fiats) I hit a car so hard it despawned and reset me which again i know that happens so i was expecting it but I got a message on my screen saying error with ( car i hit) and i couldn’t actually cycle along to it so I tried doing everything like quitting to main menu, reloaded that challenge and nothing was getting rid of it, so i had to restart my game basically which CAN be annoying if it happens frequently. If anyone has figured out how to close it please let me know I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
