    Crew cab isn't only an American thing. This is just more popular there. Even in Poland we had some trucks... things with different types of cabins.

    Well... The D-Series is probably from a 1994 silverado based on the styling cues and it should have a crew cab just like the licensed truck Truck.png photo.jpg
